The Beauty Products I’m Currently Obsessed With (And a Few Are Unexpected)

For me, beauty runs wider and deeper than products alone. It’s not only a matter of what you’re putting on your skin or your hair, but also what you’re eating and drinking, what you’re doing with your body, and the mindset you carry throughout the day.

With that, here are a few products and items I’m using on a daily basis to amp up my beauty routine – both internally and externally. This list might be a long one, but trust me it’s good.

NEST BLACK TULIP
Black amber plum is nuanced by the aroma of patchouli, pink pepper, and Japanese violet for a scent that is as provocative as it is seductive and alluring. It’s the perfect scent for these warmer months.
NEST Black Tulip, Sephora $72

SATORI SOLID LOTION
The Satori lotion contains organic coconut oil infused with lavender and Himalayan salt, and the fragrances of grapefruit, lavender, and cedarwood. It’s truly luxurious to apply and easy to pack in your handbag, or keep on the nightstand.
Satori Solid Lotion, The Art of Transfoaming $9

MILK WATERMELON BRIGHTENING SERUM
I’ve been consistently using this product since its launch and I must say, it’s life-changing. I apply it every morning upon waking and it refreshes and brightens my skin. I also apply it generously to my neck. It’s ultra hydrating and has made my skin look younger.

CHARLOTTE’S WEB HEMP EXTRACT OIL
There are numerous health benefits to taking CBD oil on the regular, and it’s worth it to further your understanding of hemp and how it promotes wellbeing. I typically tend to supplement with either Charlotte’s Web or American Shaman, both trusted sources for high quality oil, yet there are numerous options available. It’s a perfect addition to a smoothie, or right before bed to combat everyday stresses.
Charlotte’s Web Hemp Extract Oil, Charlotte’s Web $39.99-$99.99

PALO SANTO WOOD
Palo Santo is a magic worker. Whether you burn the raw wood directly or diffuse the oil, there are numerous benefits. It’s best known for its energetic clearing abilities, it also help to decrease inflammation and stress, emotional pain, and many other ailments. My husband and I always light some Palo Santo wood in our bedroom as we settle in for the evening. It’s highly relaxing with the scents of mint and citrus, and it works to shift any of the negative energies of the day, bringing you into a literal space of calm.
Palo Santo Incense Sticks, Sacred Wood Essence $11

WELEDA CELLULITE BODY OIL
With the invigorating properties of birch oil reveal skin that appears smoother, suppler, and toned. I apply this daily post-gym and it certainly leaves my skin with a richer, more toned appearance.
Weleda Cellulite Body Oil, Weleda $27.50

CARNELIAN
This second (sacral) stone provides excellent emotional support to women of all ages, but especially during the childbearing years. It can even help ease menstrual cramps, PMS, and regulate your cycles. I routinely cleanse this stone and keep it beside me when I’m focused on rest, or self-care.

PEACH & LILY GOOD SKIN DAY SHEET MASK
Having a bad skin day? This mask delivers hydration deep within the skin, vital minerals and vitamins, a blast of antioxidants, and brightening ingredients for a radiant glow and the ultimate good skin day. Need we say more? There’s truly nothing more luxurious than a face mask application. Enjoy.

MOON JUICE MACA POWDER
Whether it’s a smoothie, or one of my homemade Paleo dark chocolate cashew butter cups, I love incorporating Maca into my diet. Maca is a nutrient-dense root with adaptogenic and antioxidant properties. It helps increase overall energy, stabilizes mood, and supports healthy sexual energy.
Maca Powder, Moon Juice $34

GREEN JUICE
My husband has recently taken to juicing, and I’m reaping the benefits. Our current favorite post-workout morning blend contains fresh greens, cucumber, parsley celery, fresh ginger, lemon and lime, ACV, and pink Himalayan salt.

MOON JUICE ACTIVATED NUTS
I recently received an order of Moon Juice’s Activated Maca Mesquite Walnuts and Activated Dulce and Vinegar Almonds. Honestly, I could probably live off of either. Do you have a long flight coming up? Need to pack yourself a snack in the diaper bag? Post workout fuel? Try these. You will not be disappointed.

ASHWAGANDHA ROOT POWDER
I’ve recently started making adaptogenic coffee in the morning using Ashwagandha. This super root is known as one of the most powerful herbs in Ayurvedic healing. Add this adaptogenic to your morning coffee (as it’s quite bitter) to help aid your body in “adapting” to environmental and emotional stressors.
Ashwagandha Root Powder, Terra Soul Superfoods $14.99
