Want plump and healthy breasts?
There are many ways to create a better aesthetic and feel to your breasts.

The simplest approach is self-massage. Massaging your own breasts can enhance better blood and lymph flow that creates healthier skin and a more plump appearance. The most common massage is the traditional Tibetan technique. Breasts have a bevy of ley lines/acupressure meridian channels that run through them. Clearing blocks physically and energetically keeps things flowing properly and enhances not only the appearance, but also enhances sexual arousal and whole-body health. It’s best to make time for yourself to do this at least weekly. Make a beauty ritual out of it! Chose a beneficial cream or oil to use. Play soothing music or listen to a guided meditation. The most simple technique is to massage around the full circumference of the breast clockwise at least 26 times and then counter-clockwise for an even amount of time.

There are many exercises you can do to pump-up the bust. Side Plank is excellent. Make sure you have good alignment and go from side to side at least four times to allow for the best results. Simple push-ups can be helpful, but my favorite is the “chest squeeze.”

It’s simple: Sit up with your back straight on a chair and make sure your abs are engaged. Hold a medicine ball at chest level and squeeze the ball, contracting the chest. Repeat the pulses for one minute. Next, while holding the “squeeze,” straighten the arms taking the ball straight out in front of you. Then, while keeping the contraction, you move the ball back and forth towards you and away from you. Repeat for 2-4 minutes. This will help with the infamous “armpit cleavage” effect we get in strapless dresses.

Bralette Two Pack, For Love and Lemons $68

Bralettes! I’m so happy that underwire-free lingerie has become popular. I stopped wearing underwire bras in college after reading a lot of research that found that the wire constricts lymph, leads to breast sagging and some physicians believe can be even more severely detrimental to the health of the cells in the breast. Major lingerie lines carry bralettes, including For Love and Lemons. Checks out your favorite active wear lines; they often design very comfortable and fashionable support options.

In regards to clinical treatments, I find that ultrasound, RF energy, and micro-current procedures work best. High-energy ultrasound can not only lift the muscles but also strengthen the skin. Micro-Current is my go-to for skin laxity. It stimulates collagen and muscle fibers, which achieves a toning effect and improves the texture of the skin. It is also phenomenal in its ability to treat hypertrophic scars. It’s a pain free and noninvasive answer to post surgical scarring. RF energy can really enhance the décolletage, reversing the appearance of sun damage and the trauma of moderate to severe changes in breast size. I’ve seen amazing results with Invasive RF to lift the breast and tone the skin. This can be a bit painful and you have to make sure you go to a true expert to achieve the most desirable results.

Of course, the most result-driven treatment to enhance our breasts is to do a fat transfer. Transferring fat from another part of your body to your breasts not only can add volume but also helps to heal and feed the tissue, creating youth and vitality like no other procedure. Of course, you need to have the right amount of fat available to transfer and good fat! It is not ideal to harvest the fat from areas where you have had liposuction. It’s now a common practice to store the fat taken out from a liposuction surgery to use in  future procedures.

Our breast are powerful, yet fragile. Give them the love and care they deserve. Being a woman is a beautiful thing.
